When did the Technodrome Scout Vehicle appeared in the old toon Show?

Hi everyone,
I always wondered when this 1993 vehicle appeared in the old toon show. I thought in two possibilities. In Season 3, in the episode "Turtles at the earth´s core", the Foot Soldiers built in a matter of seconds a "mobile grey fortress" for Krang, Shredder and the others, although It´s not similar in colour and shape, It´s similar in the outside weapons.
In season 5, in the "Planet of the Turtleoids" two parter the Foot Soldiers built the "Technodrrme Mark 2" which was yellow and with an eye.
Anyone knows if the Technodrome Scout Vehicle is based in one of these two vehicles?

There was never a Technodrome Scout Vehicle in any media, though since it was released after those episodes. While some believe it is based off of the Technodrome Mark 2 with a different name and a blue body since its appropriate in scale, it is more than likely a completely independent Playmates production.

Yes Pannoni, because Playmate's Technodrome was the right scale...

I still think it's meant to represent the Mark 2 Drome.

Perhaps it's based loosely on both? Either way, I loves having it!
