In the first episode when the Turtles droped off the stolen Money on the police car. One website said those two police men are supsose to be a cartoon version of Eastman and Laird :o . Come to think of it I relized they did look like the Creators of TMNT. So did anyone else noticed that :-? ?

This has been mentioned before. However, yes, that's supposed to be the TMNT creators, Eastman & Laird.

Ofcourse it's just like other shows with un-xspected things like some video game companys use charater in camoe appearances.
