Have you tried contacting the people who made the game? Its new they should be able to send you a copy or something. Or is it not printed on the inside of the lid?
I actually grabbed the old first board game the other day and it to does not have the instructions. Which I wish I could get my hands on. Also i want to find the tower of doom hame or what ever it was called.
I had to throw it away when I moved, its actually a fun game.
I know how to play but I'm not good at explaining and it'd be hard without me being there to show you.
Its fairly easy though, is it complete though? you basically put all the cardboard tiles face down through out the board. The yellow ones in the yellow spaces and the red ones in the red ones and the baxter ones in the orange ones.
You have the four turtle characters and the shredder which you put in his tower. The turtles and shredder have health tokens (3 for each).
There is various dice one for movement, the turtle dice, the shredder dice, the mouser dice and the foot dice.
Basically you walk with the movement dice and where you stop you flip the cardboard piece. You'll either get something good like pizza which restores one health, april/casey/splinter who help you or mousers/foot soldiers/purple dragons who you have to fight. Enemies have a number on them and that means its the number of dice you have to roll and you roll the turtle dice who ever has the most "number/attacks" wins if you win you stay there if you lose you lose health and move back I think.
Here this might help you as well:
