Idea: Ultimate TMNT Backpack!

So I was at Hot Topic talking to my friend today, and they have these 4 reversible beanies. 1 of each turtle. He was taking inventory and stocking and along with the beanies we found 5 zipper pulls(turtles+shredder) and plenty of shirts. But no backpacks. We got to talking about these other backpacks they have that have a hood on them when he came up with the coolest freaking idea.

A TMNT backpack, that looks like a shell, has a belt that comes around and buckles in front, and a hood that comes down over your eyes with a colored bandana printed on it.

He's talked to a few other people, and so far nobody has said that wouldn't be awesome.

So tonight, I ask my fellow fans on the Technodrome forums, would you buy a backpack like that if you saw one?

But I didn't say anything about Red, Seriously if I saw more things with Ninja Turtles on them I'd look but pass it up.
I'm more of a fan of bad guys and friends of the turtles, not the turtles themselves.
But if I had to get one it would be Donatello.

Hell, yeah! This got me thinking too, if you could some how make it interchangeable, but I doubt it. I went back today, and he told me about his new idea.

Take the turtle backpack, get rid of the shell pattern, lose the bandana(unless we're talkin Mirage, then make it black), add ear flaps and a ribbed faceplate and you're the Shredder. Or you could be one of the Foot. Or Casey Jones. The possibilities aren't endless, but there's quite a few.

This might be the wrong group to ask cause I doubt many of us need back packs. It is a good idea though. Be careful, Playmates might pull their line from Target if someone else has better and more creative ideas. Maybe to expand on VM's idea, maybe you could have a Shredder one as well. With the helmet as the hoodie, and the backpack as the cape. I don't know, just a thought.

yeah, I kinda figured not too many people here need back packs b/c of age, but might as well ask. And my friend that came up with the idea, well he's just starting college and thought he'd like to be the coolest guy on campus.

if you want to dress up and look like the turtles, why dont you design a costume that looks like them. why does it have to be a backpack? as much as i enjoy the tmnt, i certainly wouldnt walk around in public dressed half normal and half turtle LOL

Because that's what freaks like me do! I'm the weird guy in the mall that has a hoodie that zips up all the way over my face. I have two Joker beanies, one that goes down to the bridge of my nose, and one that covers my whole face. I'm the guy that dresses up with his friends and runs around town just because.

Public? Psh. 90% of the general public sees me doing these things and says "Why?"
My response? "I'm having fun, so why not?"
