Listen to Krang talk on some episodes. He makes burping noises and burps and talks at the same time. It's rather hilarious.

Yep, I noticed that too. It has something to do with how his voice actor can talk while inhaling. I think it suits him.

I listened to the TMNT anime, and he sounds like a squeaky little mouse! funny as heck!

yes. Krang needs someone else to do the job of killing the turtles. Get Gen. Tragg and his Rock Soldiers to take over. Kill Shredder, taken too much time away from Lord Krang.
