I was on youtube with the specific intent of watching this:

and it reminded me of this:

What would you guy think the expanded theme to an animated TMNT movie would have been like?

Probably the same with the first verse repeated. They were never big on expending brilliance on Turtles.

Here's another honorable mentioned:

Though it make He-man and She-ra sound like lovers, not twin siblings...

Best part of the damn movie; that and Sgt. Slaughter. "An it-ty bit-ty dit-ty bag!"

Hopefully like the G.I. Joe one above. It would have been awesome to hear a lengthened version of the theme done by some unknown rock band while the turtles blow up some Foot Soldiers and foil a random Shredder plot (with Bebop & Rocksteady taking their obligatory lumps in the process). It'd definitely be better than hearing a trussed up version of the theme set to just a scrolling plot scenario.

Specifically, I'd love to see a big melee with the turtles, Splinter, and Casey squaring off against the Foot and a host of rock soldiers. Donatello would be whipping out some gadgets with Raph, Mike, and Splinter riding various vehicles (Raph and Mike on bikes of some kind and Splinter in the van with April). Leo and Casey would be on foot, charging on with weapons bared.

On Shredder's side would be the Foot, of course, with Bebop & Rocksteady firing their laser guns ahead of rock soldiers brought in by Krang, who raised the Technodrome and opened a portal to Dimension X to let them through. In the end, the good guys prevail, with April using the van to smack the rock soldiers back into the portal, Donatello closing it, and the rest running the baddies back underground amid a landscape of broken Foot Soldiers. Shredder would scream, "Next time, turtles!" and smack his two mutant henchman before departing.

That'd be cool.

Indeed...man now I wish there were a animated feature with the turtles. There could even be an added verse about April and Casey as well as Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady.

You know that cancelled CGI adaptation of the first comic that we all heard about?

Screw it. I'd rather have an incredibly well animated, super eighties movie version of the old toon. That would be too awesome, and should've happened twenty years ago.

Pardon the repetitiveness of the lyric, but I propose a new verse:

Rocksteady, Bebop, and the evil Krang.
Make up the rest of this massively villainous gang!
When the forces of evil attack!
The Turtles.....FIGHT BACK!! (taken from the "Red Sky seasons, but hey If it works...:P)
