For your convenience, Jade, I wrote up Randi's attributes and combat bonuses based on what you told me before. This is in case we decide to use the combat rules I suggested:

Attributes:
-Intelligence Quotient: 14
-Mental Endurance: 15 (not so sure about this since I usually have Gray a psyonic)
-Mental Affinity: 12
-Physical Strength: 10> (clarify please??)
-Physical Prowess: 11
-Physical Endurance: 9
-Physical Beauty: 17
-Speed: 12

Combat Skills (these are the base combat bonuses based on attributes, without additional bonuses from skills or racial bonuses--I will assume your character is level 1--these bonuses include the level 1 proficiency with a knife):
-Strike: +0
-Parry: +0
-Dodge: +0
-Throw: +1
-Damage: +0 (based on physical strength, as I assume the karate style you mentioned is not 'tai chi'-ish in nature)
-Roll with Punch/Fall: +0
-Pull Punch: +0
-Body Block/Tackle: +0
-Knock Out/Stun: not available
-Critical Strike: not available

(Ouch, not too heavy on the hand-to-hand area. This may be updated in the future, as I do not know very much about your characters style [we could just use the base Hand to Hand: Martial Arts skill] or her level of proficiency [tell me if she is higher than level 1 out of 15]).

Other skills:
-Scholastic Bonus (one time bonus to all skills): 0% (based on Intelligence Quotient)
-Save vs. Hypnosis/Mental Attacks/Psionics: +0 (based on Mental Endurance)
-Invoke Trust/Intimidation: 0% (based on Mental Affinity)
-Save vs. Coma/Death/Toxins: +0% (based on Physical Endurance)
-Charm/Impress: 45% (based on Physical Beauty)

(Remember that your character rolls as a Psionic in rolls to save vs. hypnosis/mental attacks/psionics, meaning you only have to roll a 10 to save).

Hope you enjoyed this.

Okay, let me remember what I know about dice games. Having a 14 in I.Q. means she's above average... right?
M.E: 15... Please explain M.E. a little better please... (I probably agree with this rating)
P.S: 10 She's stronger than an average human girl her height and build... since this might be right.
P.P: 11 What's Physical Prowess?
P.E: 9 She can take some abuse, but not a wholel lot... this one's okay.
P.B: 17, (aww... why not 18? j/k this ones okay)
Speed: 12, (this ones good too.)

Chayon Ryu is made up of different styles, maybe this'll help: http://www.kimsookarate.com/intro/what-is-cyr.html

I don't know what level she would be!

Okay, let me remember what I know about dice games. Having a 14 in I.Q. means she's above average... right?

Hmmmm...... in the Palladium system: below 7 is poor, 7 to 9 is below average, 9 to 11 is average, 11 to 13 is above average, 13 to 15 is good, 15 to 18 is exceptional, 19 to 21 is beyond exceptional, and beyond 21 or so is phenomenal.

As for Intelligence Quotient (IQ), the attribute is simply the character's real IQ divided by 10. In other words, Mike's IQ attribute is 11 so his real IQ would be 110 which is average to above average. With 14, Randi's real IQ would be around 140 (remember this isn't exact, its more like an approximate).

M.E: 15... Please explain M.E. a little better please... (I probably agree with this rating)

Well, it WAS the attribute you gave me on an earlier post. Mental Endurance (ME) refers to the amount of emotional and mental stress, pressure, and strain the character can take. Remember, that only characters with an attribute of 16 or better (exceptional attributes) receive bonuses from them. In other words, Randi won't receive any bonuses to save against psionics and whatnot unless her ME is 16 or higher (although she would still roll to save as a psionic character).

P.S: 10 She's stronger than an average human girl her height and build... since this might be right.

10 is average. If you wanted above average, I would suggest 11 or 12.

P.P: 11 What's Physical Prowess?

Physical Prowess (PP) is a catchall term for the character's overall agility, dexterity, grace, reflexes, precision, accuracy, balance, etc etc etc... it is literally 'physical prowess': your ability to use your body. In combat, a physical prowess of 16 or higher yields bonuses to Strike, Parry and Dodge.... and also, with certain forms of training (such as Ninjutsu or Tai Chi), Physical Prowess is used to determine the Damage bonus (in which it would be identical to the Strike bonus).

P.E: 9 She can take some abuse, but not a wholel lot... this one's okay.

Okay. A 9 is below average to average.

P.B: 17, (aww... why not 18? j/k this ones okay)

Speed: 12, (this ones good too.)

Ok. A 12 is a solid above average.

-Parry: +0
-Dodge: +0

I must correct his. I would put Randi as a first level (since you have not indicated otherwise) in Hand to Hand: Martial Arts (Mike is a fifth level in Hand to Hand: Ninjutsu). In that case, she would actually have a +3 for both her Parry and Dodge bonuses. So, it is now....

-Parry: +3
-Dodge: +3

Chayon Ryu is made up of different styles, maybe this'll help: http://www.kimsookarate.com/intro/what-is-cyr.html

Based on what I saw so far, Chayon Ryu does not appear to use 'flow' in the sense that Ninjutsu and Tai Chi do, so I would still base her Damage bonus on Physical Strength (PS) and not Physical Prowess (PP). In either event, both attributes are too low to have a Damage bonus anyways...

I don't know what level she would be!

Ok. I'll explain it. 15 is the highest level, 1 is the beginning level. Mike and Don are at level 5, Leo and Raph are at level 6. Where do you think Randi would be on this??? Or do you just want to make her level 1 as a starting character???

11 would be perfect.

Yeah, okay... not going to argue.

She's no where near them so there fore is below a 4 and she's not really a starting character so she really shouldn't be a 1 but she is relitively new so the best level for her would be a 2.

Cool, then its agreed: Graysight's Mental Endurance (ME) is a 15. :)

11 would be perfect.

Ok, then its agreed: Graysight's Physical Strength (PS) is now an 11. :)

Okay so... just leave it as is then.

Alright. Graysight's Physical Prowess (PP) remains an 11. :)

okay.

Cool. Okay, so far, the only combat bonuses Randi has are a +3 to Parry, a +3 to Dodge, and a +1 to Throw Knife. Everything else will have to be an unmodified combat roll.

Yeah, okay... not going to argue.

Eep! I hope I didn't upset you with my comments there!! :D

A level 2, huh?? Well, that changes some things. I will draw up an updated version of Graysight's profile on the next post....
