I was thinking, what if the old TMNT were not a cartoon, but the characters were real beings giving real performances? There would be bloopers just like happen on real life movies and TV shows. Here are a few possibilities:
Shredder Gets Splintered: Bebop picks up the car to throw at the Turtles, but in the process he drops it and falls down in pain. The Director goes up to him and asks what happened. "I threw my back out!" moans Bebop.
Corporate Raiders From Dimension X: The scene where the Turtles are in front of Octopus, Inc., and they are laughing helplessly while the Director glares at them. Leonardo manages to say, "I know, I know, it's 'Our TENTACLES are everywhere!'" The Director replies, "You'd best not say the other word again or I'll have your mouth washed out with soap!"
Usagi Yojimbo: The scene at the Rabbit Hutch where Usagi confronts the manager and then slices up his clothes with his sword, after which the manager hurriedly puts his hands over his private parts. "You were supposed to leave my underpants alone, you idiot!" An embarrassed Usagi replies, "Oops..."

you got my hopes up. I thought this thread was about actual outtakes and bloopers in the original toon the actors had in the reording booth screwing up their lines or fooling around saying inappropiate or hilariously out of character things. **cries**

...Which almost killed what was left of TMNT's popularity (as if the 3rd movie didn't do enough damage). Thank the cosmos we got the 2k3 series to revive the TMNT.
Anyway, I'm with 1066... I too am disapointed of the deception of this thread topic. I too thought we'd get actual bloopers. Like the ThunderCats bloopers. That stuff is gold.

Yes, I never thought of that. Maybe someone here knows about whether these exist or not? :-?
Or perhaps if there is footage from the cartoon series that wound up on the proverbial cutting room floor?

Heh... I always wondered if these recording companies ever had any screwed up lines tucked away (like Thundercats did), or if they just wiped them and reused the tape.
But then again, I doubt a lot of the Bloopers would be that funny, more like:
Leo: Okay, Shredder.... it's time for some Turtle Power!!!
Voice Director: I'm sorry... but there's a real P "popping" on the word "Power." We have to have another take.
Leo: Okay, Shredder......... it's time for some Turtle Power!!!
VD: That was good, but the pause was a little too long, try to shave a half a second off it.
Leo: Okay, Shredder! time for some Turtle Power!!!
VD: You ran the words "Shredder" and "time" together, and left out "it's"
hilarious....
