giant TMNT weapons

I hated how giant Leo only came with one katana and Giant mike with one nunchuk. well i managed to find some spare weapons and now Leo has twin Katana blades and Mike 2 nunchux!

question: one of my giant Leo's swords keeps bending out of shape, if i leave something on top of it overnight to straighten it, it will only last a few hours until it curves itself back out of shape like this:

does anyone know any method that can be used to permanantly re-straighten the sword?

Is that TV near a heater vent? The plastic is probably getting heated up and flimsy.

does anyone know any method that can be used to permanantly re-straighten the sword?

I heard that if you like, heat up water on the stove, then put the weapons in them it makes them pliable, so you could straighten it yourself. After that, if you're more interested in display rather than keeping absolute authenticity, I know that clear glossy nail polish works to give a nice gleam, but also hardens on plastic. It gives it a strong clear coating. So, you might wanna try that.

Or, press it under some text books or something.
