So I was looking up work that April's actress has done, just out of curiosity... and one of the thigs she did was a Hentai anime :lol:
And I think it's one my friend owns, but Im not sure. (The guy owns TONS of Hentai)
She was also Ash on Pokemon...

While i hate the style of anime...when it comes to being a VA...you take all the jobs you can get until you find some that are steady...at least she's working!

Depending on how stupid it is, it's actually quite funny... My friend has a rather large collection, and we'll get like 12 people together to MST3K it, and we all have a good time... And he has a girlfriend, so I am assuming that's all he watches it for (the laughs)
But I actually do know a girl who really likes hentai... and Im not sure what her excuse is :sick:

Though, I already knew that Veronica did Ash on Pokemon for sometime. :lol: It's cool she's April, but she's gotta be tired after doing all this VA stuff, since there is nearly over 200 Pokemon episodes. :lol:

I would call it anime-ISH. There are a lot of things stylistically that they have done with the new show to make it resemble/compete with the plathora of anime that is out there right now.
I agree that it is NOT anime. but it does have some anime elements to it...and that is certainly fine. Call it creative borrowing. :D

Well, I never been and never plan to, go to an anime covention. :lol: I know alot of people who watch anime just for the action and girls, but I watch it because alot of animes have deep and involving characters, and some pretty damn good plotlines.
The funny thing is, it took America nearly a decade to catch up to Akira's animation, yet we use computer animation to help us, while Akira was hand drawn all the way through. :P

cool, I can't stand anime either! In fact, the only anime I'll watch is Transformers (like Armada and R.I.D) because it's Transformers, and technically it came from an American series.

Yeah the original transformers was japanesse, actually there was a whole lot of transformers stuff which never made it to the states in the 80s

Yes it can. I hate that one particular anime so much. It ruined the classic game's reputation. :cry: Anime can be quite mature and thought provoking. (Like Neon Genesis and Cowboy Bebop.)
