General toy section?

Just wondering on a side note what the stance on talking about other toylines on here is.

Is Star Trek OK because of the Playmates connection, or is it OK in general to chat here about other non-TMNT stuff that fans collect?

I'm a big Transformers collector myself and am sure I'm not the only one here who likes/buys them.

So basically, is there a relevant section for non TMNT toylines that I've missed, or is there a complete potential sub-section here yet to be made? :)

I would think it would be ok to post about whatever toys you enjoy here...Though I DO like your idea about a sub-section for non-tmnt toys. I would write a suggestion to Krang if I were you :-)

I don't remember if we've ever set any definite rules here regarding that. I know I used to post about non-TMNT stuff in the everything else forum, but I don't see why we can't in here as well. That is of course unless Krang says otherwise.

I was thinking about this the other day when the photos just came out. I never found an area to post about non TMN toys. I'd like a subforum for other toys. I'd suggest putting it in the toy section here and not general because general has enough subforums and people would look here first anyways.

Btw, I'm a TF collector to. I should update my photos for the my collection thread...

Me! I'm a huge anime (ranging fro GUNDAM to Neon Geneisis Evangelion, Naruto, Slam Dunk, Bleach, etc.), DC (ranging from Titans to Robin, etc.), WWE (:lol:), other toy lines, comics, and manga collector myself.

I collect Marvel Legends and DC Universe Classics almost more than TMNT fiugures...then again the character base for Marvel and DC figures is much larger...:P

I feel it's a good idea to add a separate forum category for non-TMNT toys. I think it's important to make it a unique section, rather than just allow any toy discussion in with the TMNT toy/collectibles discussion, so that area can remain "pure" for those that just want to talk about TMNT items/issues.
