French poodle suits

[Type 97 Chi-ha]

I remember an episode where one Turtle comments on how passe their trenchcoat outfits are, and another comments on the fact that their French poodle suits were still at the cleaners. This may be a silly question, but did the Turtles actually have these things, or was that just a silly joke?
