TMNT is cooler than MOTU

Personally, I like how Laird draws the TMNT over Eastman. I think Eastman makes their limbs too big and the way his draws ppl is too boxy. Now, I'm not saying I don't like him, I just prefer peter.

All in all, their styles are very similar. I can't really choose one over another, I like them both very much.

I remember in a letter column for one of the old issues where someone said that they're great together, but they suck apart. I'd actually have to agree with that guy.

I haven't really seen enough of them seperate to have an opinion.

I can't say they suck apart, but they are definetly better together. Issue #50 is the last issue they did together, and has probably best TMNT art ever.

Absolutely.

Although I think I prefer Eastman's style.

On a side note, Karpo how's City At War coming?

Eastman and Laird have the same style of drawing I think, but I gotta say that I thought that when Eastman drew the action scenes, it was better than Lairdd, but when Laird did the close ups, it was better than Eastman.

I like both Eastman and Laird's styles, togther or apart.

The secondaries artist that's my next fav is AC Farley's stuff. Then Dan Berger's hard, gritty style too.

Lawson was okay back when he was doing City at War, but now it's kinda... mh. Dooney is too superhero-esque in his style for me to find any unique qualities about it to rave over too. Tis my two cents! :D

Berger's gritty style? His style is the most cartoon like of the in house mirage artists...

He can do both. My avatar proves his gritty-ness and Gutwallow and the TMNT comics strip prove his cartoony-ness.

Im talking about his art in comics, like issue #45. I have that very print you have in your avatar[Got it from Mirage's site] So I know Berger can paint gritty, But as I said, I ment his comic art.

That's why I like Berger. He can be so flexible like that.

And then there's also Eric Talbot, whose style is also somewhat simialr to Berger's gritty style.

Wasn't the color print about hunter Raph made by him? Too Lazy to check... I think I should frame few of those color prints.

Yeah, that's why I like him, too. He can draw in more than one style. :D
