(UK) Next Mutation series release un-edited?

I don't know what's up with this... but I JUST ordered the the two (edited) volumes to get this show.

I did the math and it adds up to show that these would be un-edited, but the description might be wrong. Hopefully this gets cheaper over time rather than more expensive :ohwell:

EDIT: Seems to be a "deleted" release... and it's really not worth it, it'll be about 40 bucks once you get it state-side. I try to pay about 1 dollar an episode even for great shows like JLU, Cowboy Bebop and the Sopranos, so this'll have to come down on the pounds before I cave.

I really don't understand what the f*ck gets edited out of these episodes anyways...

A review on UK amazon said that they're edited for "rude language". This doesn't make sense as I've heard the words "kill", "ninja", "boob" and one of the turtles actually called one of Silvers men a "goombah" which is a racial slur for Italians.

It's a lot of random stuff. A clip that was cut out of episode 2 is shown in the "Last time on Turtles" bit at the beginning of episode 3. It's all random and doesn't make sense.

One guess is that I don't think the UK sensors really liked the whole mysticism aspect of the show.

:lol: I noticed, and I'm pretty sure there were a few parts of the clip show episodes (can you believe this show had two in it's first season?) that featured stuff that was edited out of the actual episode.

Didn't one of the episodes have the wrong song played during the closing credits.
The Ninja Turtles song was played instead of the Hero Turtles song.
