Hey guys, I registered on here several weeks back and have not posted anything lol.
My name is Xile (pronounced ex-isle) and I have been a TMNT fan since 2k3 :)
Here's my poll question for you guys: Which do you think should continue? TMNT or MNT? Teenagers VS Adults...I feel that also some may actually want both.
Please post comments and rant at will! XD

They can keep them as TMNT. After all, currently they are Thirty-Something Mutant Ninja Turtles. And they can stay as Terrific Mutant Ninja Turtles or the sort.

(dang that was fast, I just finished the poll O_O')
Is fine, but this is a general decision for anyone, I prefer both adult and teen turtles as my own opinion. A little bit of both works great...

Keep it as TMNT.
I'm a pretty old guy myself but I want my turtles to be teens forever.

Hah good, I love them as Teens but I'm partial to MNT (since I've read the MNT Gaiden comics) as well.

Keep the T on TMNT... It's just knida hard to sing the TMNT theme song without the T or adding Thirty Something...

Begin with "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (TMNT), then just "Ninja Turtles" (NT).

Don't forget the M, Mutant Ninja Turtles, unless you like plain ordinary small turtles with blue, red, purple, orange bandana's fighting crime chibi style :P

I see no need for that. Next Muation used "Ninja Turtles", and the franchise is well-known that almost everybody knows they are mutants.

If you think so, okay. It's just my own opinion anyway...

TMNT can easily refer to The Mutant Ninja Turtles.

As far as the storyline goes, I love Mirage for the fact that they allow the Turtles to age. We see them go from teens, to adults, to even "Senior Mutant Ninja Turtles" in some stories, and it's all the more poignant for it. They don't have to be static like most comic book characters. It's better, of course, when you have an anthology series that can jump around the timeline like Tales.
As for acronyms, I don't see what's wrong with just "Ninja Turtles." That's been a pretty commonly accepted name for them for some time now.

Is it Superman who donesn't age, but the years are passing?
