Actually no idea. I'm assuming it's 8.5X11 or bigger. I'm hoping a typical print size so it's easy to frame. I'll let ya know when I receive it.

I didn't get mine. I dunno cause he told me he had only two left so I bought them, but then shortly after one of u said that u ordered from him so he at least lied about that.
God bless,

Here is what he said "Hello, all prints have been sent as of Monday, Fri is my usual mail day but with the holiday I got a little sidetracked, I'm sure you can understand. Going to the post office is no fun lol so I bulk up as many prints as I can and them mail them off all at once. You'll have it b next week no doubt.
Best,
Rob D."
he also said that he sent mine so hopefully it will come soon.

Picked mine up this weekend. It looks pretty nice. I've printed from Vista Print before myself so I know they're a good company.
My gripe however is it is not 11X17, in fact it's about an inch or more larger both ways. This pisses me off because I bought a 11X17 frame especially for this. Rather unprofessional to give me measurements and then send me something different. I'm going to have to get it trimmed. The top is fine because it's just empty black space but the side has some graphic on it. I'm going to cut the Karai side it's just her sword and some of Leo and Shredder's gauntlet.
I really hate when that happens. I've ordered movie posters and had something similar happen.

Well I finally got mine today and - joy of joys! - the blessed postal service had nearly ripped the tube in half upon transit! Now I have a lovely tear down the middle of my limited edition art print! :flaming: (looks great otherwise though...)
Anyone have any experience with this sort of unfortunate scenario? If the postal service is at fault - does the artist still owe me a refund/replacement? (man I hope he has some left over, but I doubt it...) Does the postal service owe me a refund? or owe him a refund? Any help would be appreciated.

Unless insurance was placed on the package the post office isn't liable. He owes you another one as he didn't package it propely. I had this happen to me with an Amazon order once. I bought a Dark Knight poster from them and it came completely mangled, it was also a reproduction. They sent me a new one, which happened to be an actual movie poster.
That's been my experience anyways. The good things is you paid through Paypal so if he isn't nice about it you can open a dispute.

Thanks for the input. I sent him an email with some pics illustrating the damage - hopefully he'll have another to send and there won't be a problem. You'd think a poster tube would have held up better in the mail though... must of had someone's Christmas brick collection thrown on top of it along the way.
