This was scribbled in my copy of Vol. 1 #46

Several years ago, I completed my collection of Vols. 1-4 when I discovered you could place orders directly with Mirage. (Man, what a happy day.) However, what I had forgotten (until I recently pulled these issues to read them again) was that #46 contained a turtle head sketch and what appears to be a signature at the top of page 1. I assume it's Dooney's, being his "Masks" 2-issue arc. I've never seen what his sig looks like, though, so I can't be sure.

I figured I'd put it before you guys - do I have a copy of "Masks" signed by the artist? If not, who the heck is it? Anyone else out there get a cool little surprise like this when you've ordered from Mirage? (I love [re]discovering little gems like this in my collection.)

Sweet! Thanks. No sooner had I posted this, I opened #47 and saw the same thing. I was thrown by the turtle head, which looks like Lawson's style. I knew there'd be no reason he'd sign that book, but Dooney's turtle heads are so much more round. (That man's signature has the legibility of a doctor's. Heh.)
