HELP!: Can anyone tell me who made this?

[I Challenge.]

Hello, all.

I saved this image from a random, TMNT-related website a few years ago, and I have since been unable to relocate that site or the related article it came from. I'd like to find who made it or learn which website it had originally been posted on, so if anyone has any helpful information, I'd be very grateful for it.

Thanks in advance and cheers,

That would be from the late, great Ninja Turtles Network!

Now unearthed thanks to the Internet Archive:

WOOOO!!! That's definitely the website I've been looking for. Thank you so much for the link! :)

I shall ask here, too, in case you don't notice the PM I sent: Who owned that website and how can I best get in contact with him/her today?

Thanks again and cheers,

Ryan

I believe Vegita-San (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/member.php?u=56) was linked with that site.

You are totally awesome. :D I'll definitely shoot him a message.

Thanks once again for all your help!
