He is trained in many different martial arts forms. He is NOT trained in ninjitsu. He has blue eyes and his personality is like a cross between Leonardo and Raphael. He is a leader but with a bad attitude.

Powers: Tyler can manipulate glass much the same way Magneto can manipulate metal. His powers are triggered by anger and once they're triggered he can't control them and pretty much gets another personality.

Bio: Tyler was born and raised in NYC. Professor Xavier discovered this mutant when he was first displaying his powers in public. Xavier offered to help him learn to control his powers and learn to use them without anger triggering them. Xavier told Tyler that ne can see him becoming the most powerful mutant ever. Tyler turned down Xaviers help and decided he wanted to learn to control it himself. Although Tylers powers are very powerful he hasn't seen the extent of his powers.

Background:
Jake was found at the age of one in an abandoned car in New York City. He grew up in many foster homes. Has a severe case of Insomnia. The doctors say it was caused by the 3 days he spent along in the dark car. He started to show his mutant abilities when he was 7 years old when he was watching TV and turned himself into a exact replica of a basketball player on TV. He was home schooled till 8th grade.

Weapons: Jake uses a Bo and a pair of Sais as he back up weapon. He has a little training in martial arts.

I just made a thing for Jakes powers i just kinda copied mystique's powers from X-men. I twiked it a little and changed all the hers to hims and stuff any way here they are.



Powers: A mutant metamorph, Jake can psionically shift the atoms and molecules of his body and clothing so as to mimic the appearance of any human, humanoid or semi-humanoid being of either sex. His control is so precise he can exactly replicate another person's retina, finger, palm and skin-pore patterns; even vocal cords are not beyond his ability to duplicate. Jake is limited by his inability to duplicate the powers of other mutants. As yet, he has not demonstrated an ability to imitate non-humanoid beings, animals, plants or inanimate objects. Doing so likely would interfere with the proper functioning of his internal organs and possibly result in his death. Jake also cannot fully control his power yet because he is young so sometimes if he thinks about someone to much he morphs into them.

Hair: Strawberry blonde.
Some scales on her skin, but she usually keeps them covered by clothes.

Powers: Night vision, incredible flexibilty, strength, and speed. Also highly intelligent with an uncanny artistic sense.

Background: Jessie is the illegitimate daughter of David Xanatos (of Gargoyles.) Recently, her mother demanded financial support from Xanatos, which she got. Through her father's connections Jessie found out about Doctor Anton Sevarius, the world's best geneticist. After delicate manipulations she managed to get herself genetically altered by choice.

So, now there's no way to reverse it. When not in school she's a street artist.

Informal training in weapons and martial arts. Said to be able to use a broadsword as if it were a katana (which I can really do with a claymoore.) His weapon of choice is swords, though he seems to be a decent kickboxer.

General background:
Not much is known about him before he came to school here. In fact, yeti were thought to have gone extinct before he was found. He was raised by humans in either Michigan or Canada, though he's not sure which. The fact that he has no birth records suggest a wilderness birth, which leads to the possiblity of more yeti in the world. Wears an odd medallion.

Background on skills:

An accomplished martial artist, having varrying degreees of black belts in most martial arts, and being bestowed the honor of sensei in Jeet Kune Do and Kendo at the age of 19, Hitomii is quite possibly the finest fighter in the school, maybe even the contenent. This is why she's so thoroughly amazed that Leon managed to beat her the last semmester before break.

General background:

Hitomii is from Japan, where many believed she was actually a kitsune. She was trained in various martial arts since she could walk, because her parents believed that she would need to know these skills in order to survive. Because of her natural agility as a fox, the training was easier for her than most of the human students, which they all despised her for. She was lucky to have been born with human hands and feet, a trait from her human father's side, but her fox like appereance and abilities come from her kitsune mother's side. She is an expert with a sword and a foe to be reconed with. She moved to the states three years ago after Mutant citizenship was made public and applied for a job at several of the mutant academies that were set up, finally earning a job at New York's Blue Saphire Academy, where she was bestowed the honor of Gym Leader. Gym Leader is given to those entrusted with the honor of the school's sports and martial arts programs, and it is a title that she greatly treasures. Through her hard work, the school is a feared opponent, except to it's rivals, the Red Ruby, located in Florida.

Well this gives me an opportunity to go into some detail about this universe. Ok, see I'm sort of trying to roll the comics, old cartoon, Next Mutation, and the new cartoon into one with this universe. Basicly saying that, should someone wish to play Venus they can, but for the love of Rockman, PLEASE change her charecter if you do so. And by the comics, I mean the old Mirage and the Archie series, seeing as how they were teenagers in those. Meaning what exactely? Well, for one, Shredder is alive and well, and quite an accomplished business man, having ties in nearly everything as far as New York is concerned, and ties with major influences in nearly every major city in the US. He's not out for world domination as a goal, just as a general hobby that he really doesn't take quite too seriously. Also, the Utroms are in this universe, and Proffessor Honeycutt is a teacher at the High School, in fact. Krang can be in this as well. Basicly, I'm saying that whatever you love about the TMNT, bring those elements into this RP. I mean, if you liked a chara in any of the series, and you think that you can play them fairly well, go for it. By the way, the one character not allowed to be officially played is Ace Duck. He's the biggest action star in this universe. If anyone has any questions or comments, go ahead and either post here, make a new thread, or PM me...

Well, I don't know about anyone else's characters, but this goes for 'updates' on Mikey here....

- Mike (along with his brothers) is approximately 17 to 18 years old, a junior in the school. This is Mirage Mike (for me, anyways) and the timeline is sometime smack dab in the middle of Volume 2, a few months after the events of 'City at War'.

- Although the TMNT did off Shredder (or least they think they did), he's apparently alive and kickin' somewhere. Who's to say the 'clone' that Leo decapitated was the 'real' Shredder, or that Shredder couldn't have had more clones or been cloned again??? Plotlines to ensue. Translation: the TMNT think Saki is really dead, but he ain't.

- Mike wears a red bandana and has no initial on his belt. And he usually uses paired nunchaku, or a single manriki-gusari/kusari-fundo. He does NOT use kaginawa (grappling hook) or tonfa as his 'weapons'.

- Mike (along with his brothers) is approximately a sixth or seventh dan (black belt rank) in ninpo/ninjutsu.

- If yer gonna use Venus or Krang, please please please make them 'original characters' based only SOMEWHAT on their earlier incarnations.

Don't worry, I'll definitely be tweaking her character from the Saban version. I couldn't stand her much either.

Here're the basics for the "new" Venus:
- She knows she was found in New York, then brought to China, but is completely unaware of exactly how she came to be how she is. Nor does she really care.
- On her timeline, Chung I has just died, from old age, not dragons. Just before he died, he had been planning on sending her to this school, to "round out her experience". So after he died, Venus chose to follow her father's wishes and come to this school. She enrolled as a junior.
- She's not going to be butting into things or really getting involved, she's still very much upset over her father's death so she'd going to come off as cold at first.
- She won't be using slang, incorrectly or otherwise. And while she practices "magic" she's obviously not an expert at it. She knows this, and she's not one to try a "spell" until she's sure it will work. She's a natural empath, and a pretty good telepath if she tries, but she believes in privacy so won't pry unless it's very important or if she has permission. In accordance, she also keeps a strong shield around her own mind.
- Yes, she's still a "feminist". And not too trusting of technology.

-Skills/Abilities: She has no formal training, and therefore is not the most effective fighter. However, she possesses many feline traits: speed, agility, and terrific balance, as well as the ability to see in the dark, hear things that most people can't, and she has a heightened sense of smell.

-Disposition: In general, Cordell is standoffish and untrusting. She absolutely does NOT trust humans, and frequently loses her temper with them.

-Weapons: None, besides the retractable claws that tip each of her fingers and toes, and a set of needle-sharp 'kitty fangs'.

-History: Cordell was a normal teenage girl up until about five months ago (five months before the Mutant High rpg began, anyway). Then she had a routine bloodtest at her doctor's office. The scientist that was supposed to do a simple few tests also performed a few of his own, as he frequently did, unbeknownst to his superiors. It was then that he discovered that Cordell possessed a gene that made her more susceptible to the mutation experiments he had been working on. He sent his assisants to bring her in.

They came to her family's house in the middle of the night, taking both Cordell and her sister, Jolene ('Joey') by force. Thier parents, Jonas and Susan Benard, put up a fight, but they were no match for the men that had invaded thier home. The girls were dragged out of the house and taken to a private lab. They never found out what happened to thier parents.

The girls were forced to undergo experiment after experiment. It proved to be too much for the younger Joey, who died as a result.

Eventually, some of the experiments quite literally blew up in the scientists' faces, along with about half of the building that housed the lab. Cordell found herself freed of her 'room' (it was more of a cell); the building around her in flames. She started running and never looked back.

She lived on the streets for some time, hiding from anyone and everyone - mutants and humans alike. She had lost her home, her family, and frankly, her identity. She was no longer human. She'd always been afraid of and hated the mutants that supposedly existed. She'd wanted nothing to do with such freaks, and now she was one.

When she was caught one evening in an alley, without the hood of her sweatshirt up, she was certain she was going to die. She panicked and fought, slashing at the men in business suits that had confronted her. She was quickly sedated, and when she woke up, she was in a real bed (as opposed to the cardboard 'mattresses' she'd been sleeping on). She was then informed that she was going to be sent to a 'mutant' school. She resented being forced to go to school with the freaks she had always avoided, even when she was on the streets. But, of course, she had little choice.

Nice profile Kameko. Kali, I'm liking your ideas for Venus and that was sort of what I was hoping someone would play her as. As for Krang, you don't have to play him EXACTELY like he was in the old cartoon. Also, NONE of the Turtles have letter on their belts... Well, Leo has an 'L' on his jacket, but that's because he's the sports star. Next, Mikey and Raph will eventually be told to physically distinguish themselves from each other. The school administrators had a problem in the begining with a group of triplet frogs retaking tests for their brothers, so it won't be anything personal to you. As for the playing of anyone from the old cartoon or the movies... Please, tweak them out a little bit before you were to bring them in. Also, should anyone choose to play Casey, DON'T play him like in the original cartoon!! Please, please, PLEASE go for Mirage style on this one. Also, I meant this as a melting pot RP. I've been hearing how people wondered how long most of the cartoon villans would have lasted with the Mirage Turtles. Now's a good chance. You gotta think, that alot if not most of the students here are either ex-vigilantee or ex-criminal. Also, there's more students than just the players. If you want, just start using the 'NPCs' for stuff. Hrmmm... This is getting long, and possibly confusing... Ok, I'm gonna go. Post or PM if you need this to make more sense...
