I wondered what happened to that site. It's been down for a while now. Really too bad, 'cos it was my very favourite original TMNT trilogy site...
Does anyone know what happened?

I was also disappointed to see this. That site was awesome! I wonder if it had something to do with Warner Bros./Viacom intervention to avoid confusion or else the site administrator just got tired of keeping it up.
At least the youtube channel is still up, even if it doesn't look like it is being updated.

The owner of the site is NinjaTurtlesFan (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/member.php?u=1994), so you could try getting in contact with him to see what happened to it.

Let us know what he says, eh? I could probably PM as well, but I'd rather not add to his PM box if someone already asked. :)

Is it too late for http://turtlesthemovie.com to jump in front of the bullet?

That's what I thought it was when I read the title.

does anyone know if tmntmoviesite.com was taken down for good or if it's just temporarily down? i haven't checked it out in a while... wanted to browse around a bit. :)
It's from a Dutch guy that I know. It's been down since his own server broke down. And he can't simply upload it on a providers space, cause the site is a few Gigabyte. He hopes to have it all fixed one day

In the meantime, maybe tmntmoviesite.com could temporarily be pointed to a page that explains the situation? I could help him set that up if he's interested.
I'll ask him next time I see him Krang!
