One of the reasons I customize in the 3 3/4"-4" scale (GI Joes, Star Wars, etc.) is because there is a good deal of custom parts websites out there. One such website is now making some TMNT parts in this scale. Now I know this scale isn't everyone's cup of tea, but their still really cool regardless.

Currently, these 3 are the only ones:
TGC Head # 05 - Turtles! (Playmates like. Sadly small pic)

TGC Head# 14 - Shredder Head (Mirage/First Movie)

TGC Head# 15 - Casey Jones Head (With mask)

I've already ordered them all (4 of the Turtle). Do note that the site is on a preorder system. These 3 will be taken down in about 6 days and new preorders will replace them. They may come back around one day, but it's not a sure thing.
Also got to talking to the owner of the site. He will be making a Turtle torso and a new head soon. In fact, today he shared a few teasers of it.

Yeah I too wish they were more my type of scale but oh well. They're awsome nonetheless. You'll have to let us know when the turtles are out!

New parts are up. There's even a category just for them too.

Everything below is currently offered on the site right now.
Ninja sai (Personally, I think the current maskless Storm Shadow has much better sais, but that's just me)
Ninja sword
Nunchuck pair (No string or chain)
Turtle head 1 (I find this one creepy)
Turtle Head 2 (Made along side the torso)
Turtle Torso
TGC Head # 05 Turtle (Above)
TGC Head# 14 Shredder (Above)
TGC Head# 15 Casey Jones (Above)
Also, got my order from the last run today. Their great. Have a few pics of them on bodies. I'll post 'em later. The pic of the Turtle head doesn't do it justice.
As for those wondering how to make arms and legs for the Turtles, well Star Wars resently had a Quarren Warrior that have 3 fingers and 3 toes and Marvel just released a Nightcrawler (who rocks, btw). Gung-Ho's and Roadblock's arms will work well enough. Still working on legs. Maybe if a MU T-bar was used Nightcrawler's legs would work. Not a clue on pads though.
Maaaaaaan those Turtle heads BOTH look creepy!
As far as legs, I'd think almost any of the superhero MU figures would work. The WWE Build 'n' Brawl figures are also a possibility.

Most realistic takes on the Turtles are. I'm just happy the torso comes separate, cause I like the one I have already (very Playmates).

Most BnB figures wear boots. It's bare shins that I'm having trouble finding. the 25th Serpentor thighs are clean enough to use as bare thighs.
These are made to house a T-bar. A T-bar is the metal bar in GI Joes that make up the hip joint. There's 3 type, hook, no hook, and plastic. Hook is for one rubber band Joes and aren't used anymore. No hook is the same, but with with an extra ball instead of a hook. Plastic is what MU uses and their made bigger, so putting MU legs on a Joe T-bar is a pain. That said, I have an extra Spidey to scrap for parts (which is the "naked" male MU mold).
And here's those pics.

I kind of like how Leo and Don look on those bodies.

Slapped together Shredder. I want to make an OT Shredder, but I need another Mutations Shredder to do it. Eitherway, he's the bottom of my list since I have a NT Shredder.

My WIP Casey. Head needs a pad to hold it to the neck better (small neck), but otherwise it's turning out nicly. Now if I could find a golf bag for his back, he'd be perfect.

What do you need a Mutations Shredder for?

Looks great! You could also try putting some poster tack or -- even better -- a dab of hot glue inside the head to make it fit perfectly. If you do the hot glue, just make sure to coat either the neck ball or the inside of the head with a bit of oil or vaseline (basically, coat whichever part you'd rather not have the glue stick to). The poster tack will also work, but it won't "feel" perfect. It's not permanent, though, so you could always use it for now and try another solution if you feel more ambitious later.

I love these. I want to buy them all. It's a shame they don't sell the arms and legs to make the turtles. That and I have no painting talent.

I used a junker Mutations Shredder to make my 2k3 Shredder's spikes and it's the only Shredder I know with spikes small enough to use in this scale.

A simple pad has worked in the past very well. My Karai uses one and I've never had a problem out of her.

I have one MOC (Mutatin' Shredder), I was gonna crack it open to use for a custom of my own but that might not be happening any time soon, make me an offer on it if you'd like...
PM me to discuss this if you're interested.

If spikes are all you want, you could cut those out of anything. Styrene sheets, old or fake credit cards, store discount cards... you name it! It's one thing to use stuff from a junker figure, but another to actually acquire a figure for things that simple. ;)
