I have no idea as to how to install that thing once I get it... it uses DOS and I can't even figure it out.

Yeah it's an old game so it uses DOS.
Try running it in pure DOS mode or running it in an older pc, other than that i think i cant help.
As for the music..well i'll install the game myself and check what's wrong with that.

I don't get my sound card working with it either. The internal speaker does not provide the best possible sound...

I just tried it and only hear sound here too...that sucks since i remember playing with music.
You could go to setup and try choosing other cards to see if that works, but i did (changed it to ad lib) and that didnt work, in fact, i didnt even got sound :p
And pc speaker doesnt have the ability to give you music and sound at the same time i believe, and it just plain sucks.
Sorry :ohwell:
BTW mr.poop, are you running windows xp?Because ive heard winxp is not compatible with dos software, that might be the reason why the game does not work...
But if the problem is installing it, then just unzip it to a folder (any folder, c:\tmnt3 or whatever) then run t2.bat, should work...i guess, depending on your windows version :|

I have XP, and it works fine. Try changing compatability mode to windows 95. Right click, click properites, choose compatability, and it should be self explanetory from there... Er, if you ARE running XP, that is...

Good tmntdenz, then you can see this version *is* properly working :P well, minus the music but i think thats not a game problem but a pc problem.
BTW nincompoop try doing what zigfb suggested, it might make the game work, i cant be sure as i dont have winxp :ohwell:
*edit* btw, the fan based tournament fighters game is running on a fighting game engine that lets you use whatever characters you might download from the net, so you could put ryu fighting against leo or whatever :P pretty neat if ya can get it working...i discovered it like 2 years ago and loved it since it had some play modes like fights with 4 fighters at the same time and stuff :D but now i stopped using it since it doesnt work all that well with windows (yeah its for dos) and the developers started working on a linux version and stopped the dos one...if a windows version comes out tho ill keep using it.
