I wish they would've used THIS instead of the DVD cover. It's so generic. It doesn't even have the ot turtles on it.

From the picture it looks like it is just a print from a poster printer or something... Doesn't look official to me...

Not authentic, but it's still very nice. On the off chance that Viacom actually produces this poster, I'll buy that to make up for this... but let's be real here.

This is obviously a print. Real posters aren't 11x17 with a white border. And most of what moviegoods.com sells are prints.

i'll hold out for a real poster if it's release down the line

You're going to be waiting a long time (forever).
If you want a print of it, there's nothing wrong with buying this one so long as you realize it is a print. You could try taking the image and having it printed somewhere yourself, but I don't know what pricing would run for something like that. $7 might be what that would cost anyways.

Peter had told me back when I asked him about it that the only copy of this image he had was the one he posted on his blog (which is I'm sure where this print originated from). The file was only 180dpi while the standard for most good art prints is a minimum of 300 dpi, also a traditional theater poster is 27x40, so I would say for most of us you'd be just as good to print it yourself at home, or if you can find a print shop locally that does good work use them. It will cost roughly the same. I'm still hopeful that a higher res version of this image will show up so I can get a true 27x40 giclee print made.

I'll never order from them. I ordered a TMNT 2 poster from them that looked like crap. I also ordered my girlfriend a Rodger Rabbit poster and what they sent me was laughable. It had obvious pixelation. So they sent a different one that she picked, Ghostbusters, and the print just looked bad. It looks like they took a small image and blew it up to movie poster size.

well seeing as though they're the only ones selling these posters and they seem to be ok, i'll get one from them
