Finally have my foot clan sculpted up, took awhile cause i had to sculpt 4 figures. I used the grey natural apoxie to sculpt these, I prefer white i think i sculpt better with it. But i kinda accidently bought some grey, and gotta use it up. I also don't think it shows detail as well as the white when taking pictures.

These were made with SOTA SF dhalsim figures as the base, i really felt the skinny elongated body fit the foot ninja proportions perfectly. They've always struck me as being very skinny and lanky. Dhalsims shorts were such a hassle to dremel down, I really don't wanna dick with thats again after having to do it 4 times. I'm not happy with how some of the head sculpts came out. I like the head sculpt on the far left it's my favorite, but i don't think the others came out that good so I'm tempted to resculpt maybe 2 of the heads I wish i still had my casting material and i woulda made a cast of the headsculpt i like the most. But i suck at casting things and hate having to do that, even when had my casting set.

Another thing i may do, was i wanted to add interchangible battle damaged robot parts like a ripped off arm and robot head exposed face sculpt etc etc... But I'm kinda burned out on these, having to do the same thing over 4 times. Damn my need for army builder squads of 4.

Thanks for the responses always encoraging.

I actually just finished resculpting all the heads because i didn't like the first ones, The new heads i made are way better, I'm much more satisfied with them.

I'm also working on including some accessories from the konami arcade game right now.

Gray actually does photograph better than white, and it's easier to see the result of your efforts--a lot of professional and amateur sculptors whose work I regularly view on a sculpting forum I belong to work exclusively in gray polymer clay. White is difficult to photograph, especially with flash.

Anyway, cool Dhalsim-into-Foot sculpts--they look promising so far. If you're serious about making a bunch of these guys, it might be more economic to invest in molds so that you can cast them (and only have to sculpt one), rather than buying a bunch of Dhalsims. Of course, molding/casting can be problematic in and of itself.
