This is an exlusive Martial Art Technique/Skill available ONLY to those of honorable alignment (Principled, Scrupulous, Unprincipled, and Aberrant) trained in Ninjutsu. It is, in essence, and enhanced version of the Zanshin power.

The combat bonuses are as follows:

+2 to Strike/Damage (see 'Nagare'), +4 to Parry, +6 to Dodge, and +8 to Initiative.

The Ninja can NOT be suprised by others. He/she is, in essence, immune to suprise or sneak attacks. As such, the Ninja is given the chance to Parry or Dodge sneak attacks or attacks from behind like any other attack.

The Ninja possesses FULL Chi Awareness. Unlike Zanshin, the Ninja does not have to see someone in his Sakkijutsu Circle to evaluate their chi. If they are within his Circle, they are susceptible to Chi Awareness, whether or not he can see them.

Like Zanshin, the Ninja with Sakkijutsu can still 'sense' the invisible and/or intangible but still cannot see them.... although, the Ninja will still know they are there and know exactly where they are.

The Ninja possess FULL empathy. Meaning, he/she can sense the emotions, feelings, and intentions of others. The Ninja also possesses LIMITED telepathy (can communicate nonverbally with Psionics or with others possessing Sakkijutsu).

The Ninja's handicaps when battling invisible foes or those with superhuman speed is severely reduced (compared to Zanshin). In such conditions, the Sakki bonuses are reduced to +0 to Strike/Damage, +2 to Parry, +4 to Dodge, and +6 to Initiative (these bonuses are the same as a non-handicapped Zanshin).

The Ninja's Sakkijutsu Circle is approximately TWICE the size of a Zanshin Circle of the same level (see Ninjas and Superspies rulebook for specifics).

As with Nagare, Sakkijutsu is available only to those with HONORABLE alignments. Thus, the TMNT and Splinter are in... but Shredder, Omega, Ookami, and Stryker are out. Unlike Nagare, this skill is limited exclusively to those trained in ninjutsu.

Watcha think??
