Paul Jenkins's "Construct"

[Venom]

Last week when my newest shipment from Mirage came in I noticed on the back of the Next line of books there was an ad for a six-part series from Paul Jenkins titled "Construct". I did a little online sleuthing and found out that Caliber later printed it in '96, so I was curious to know if anyone here has ever read it?

I take it that's a no? :/

I have the first 5 issues, but have been waiting to get the final #6 before reading. I am curious of its quality as well. Some Paul Jenkins' writing I like a lot ("Hall of Lost Heroes", Inhumans) and some I hate (Sentry, Penanceball).

I'm hoping that due to it being earlier work and 'his own' that it will have something to say. Hell, maybe I'll dig out now...

The premise was certainly intriguing: "In a world where machines rule, man is a myth." or something to that degree. :D
