There's the name Long, and it looks incredibly familiar, buuuut...can't think of who it is, or where this image is from.

That piece would be by Kevin Long, the artist for the Palladium RPG books.

Thanks for the info. I immediately typed "kevin long tmnt" in Google image search, and thankfully found all the images from this particular book on tOkKa's Flickr account. (That place is a goldmine.)

I thought this drawing had a very Dan Berger kind of look to it as well, but the name Long threw me off.

It's a shame this guy didn't draw any issues of any of the comic series. Would've been so cool.
