In the 80's toon, it seemed the turtles time traveled in a lot of episodes, or they get visitors from different times. These are the episodes where time travel was involved:

Attack of Big Mac: MAC, the robot came from 400 years in the future.

Elementary My Dear Turtle: The turtles run into this clock and find themselves in the 19th century. They go back to their normal time and find that the guy who stole the clock has conquered the world. They go back to the 19th century so they can change the present back to normal.

Once Upon A Time Machine: Shredder plans to travel to the year 3000 where the turtles don't exist but ends up in 2036 where the turtles do exist, and the present turtles follow him to that time.

The Legend of Koji: Shredder travels to the year 1583 where the foot clan was founded to destroy Splinters ancestors. Splinter and the turtles follow him and stop him.

Enter Krakus: Krakus comes from the year 2066 to get his fugitive Titanis, who is also from 2066. Titanis ends up in the prehistoric.

Carter The Enforcer: Landore and Merrick come from 20 years in the future (I believe it's the year 2015) to save the turtles' lives, take them to the future (where Dregg rules the world). Then the turtles go back to the present to stop Dregg's starshield from launching so Dregg can't conquer the world and that future will be different.

A Turtle In Time/Turtles To The Second Power: Landore and Merrick return, so they can travel 2 years and 15 days in the past (Turtle Track) and bring those turtles to the present so the present turtles can get life energy transfusions.

Out of all these episodes, which one did everyone like best?

I liked The Legend of Koji best.

The time travel arc in Red Sky confused me to be honest.

I like the Legend of Koji too. I think the OT is the only incarnation that puts the Foot clan as a good faction (the Turtles carry on their fighting style, for one thing).

Carter the Enforcer is such of a downer. I mean wow, literal pressure that the Turtles should keep fighting to the end because they're the only ones who can do this... much?

Probably Legend of Koji. I'd go as far as to say it's one of, if not the, best episodes from the first part of the OT. The Red Sky ones were cool too but I liked Red Sky in general. I think 2K3 had more time travel stuff in it. There's even an episode about time travel that takes place in a whole season about time travel.

Speaking of time you guys remember that crazy clock tower guy from Red Sky? He was like a wanna be Riddler who the turtles tied up in a clock tower till he went insane. I remember that episode coming off as very Batman.

Mine was Legend of Koji as well, once I rewatched it. Being the second week of the season and the Technodrome wasn't freed or mentioned (same with "Night of the Dark Turtle"), I was pretty bitter but loved it after rewatching it.

Chronos was one of my favorite TMNT villains EVER!! Dregg might not have been (completely) done right during his first season but his supporting characters/enemies were awesome! The whole Clock King attitude and his knowing who Splinter was and their fighting style... wow!! :O That ep was also the final mention of the Foot Clan, even if Shredder and Krang returned in the 10th season for a bit.
