Actually Nicko, Shemp was one of the original 3 stooges but he left the group before they really got a show. When Curly left the show shemp returned to the stooges to replace him. And when Shemp died Joe replaced him. And when Joe left the group, Curly Joe replaced him. So really the 3 stooges are 6.

I didn't know they were shown in theatres. I've only seen maybe three on TV, usually on a station that shows old movies. They're pretty funny. It's like an extended version of the show. Ah, I've always been a fan of slapstick comedy. The Stooges rule. I wonder if any of these movies have been released on DVD lately? :???:
