In the spirit of things, I figured why not ask..

What is YOUR New Year's Resolution?

Losing weight, quitting smoking/drinking/cheap hookers, exercising, Getting involved with family and friends more, learning something new... we all have something that we strive to improve or change about ourselves for the new Year.

My list is as follows:

Lose Weight - I think this is mandatory on 80% of all resolutions that I've seen. Been working on this for a while, enjoying the results, and wanting more..
Draw/Write More - I've done so little this past year, creative wise. A lot of it was due to the renovations and mom's whole cancer recovery. But she's just about healed, and my room isn't leaking anymore, so I've got a workspace again.
Get Outside more - My Snowshoes have been sadly neglected, and I miss swimming. I felt better when I was walking everywhere.
Learn something New - I Really want to get into graphic design. So my plan is to get my Desktop Publishing certificate from UNH and expand on that. Photoshop, Indesign, as much as I can get my hands on..
Lurk Less, Post More - I lurk more than post nowadays. I'll try to get involved in more things, like the artstuffs and the General Discussion..

So what's on your list?

I'm just looking to lose a bit of weight. Put on quite a bit since graduating and don't walk to school anymore. I'm also looking to propose to my girlfriend next year, so tack that one on, as well.

I'm jumping on that losing weight train again. And this year I want to focus on being more positive. I let things bug me too much and I need to let go of stuff. That may actually help the weight loss deal. I won't be so tired if I'm not focusing on negative stuff which is so draining. Hopefully, I can stick to these resolutions.

Learn to walk straight walk straight. I don't hear you, nuh-nuh.
Quit ignoring my spitty eyesight and get glasses/contacts.
Find myself a sense of purpose in life.
Quit apologizing at the drop of a hat.
Start living rather than just observing.
Accomplish any or all of this without losing self-respect.

-Start working out regularly again (this was my resolution last year too, and it lasted a while).
-Stop eating out at restaurants so much (ie: wasting money).

Unfortunately, my goal is uber generic. I wanna lose weight. Lots of it.

I moved to the south in 2008 weighing 225 at the height of 6'0.
Now I'm 6'2 weighing in at nearly 300 pounds. Shiiiiiiit.

Food here is too good, and I have no self discipline.

Outside of that, I'd like to travel more. See the world.

Mine is to do my drawing and painting more. Use to do nothing but paint and draw. But since having the kids been really busy had no time to do my art it all going to change.

I resolve not to make any pointless resolutions.
Its like I never abide by them anyway,...so um...

I actually don't have to lose weight this year, (did it earlier this year so I wouldn't get chewed out by doc,) but I want to keep it stable. But exercising more, I really do need to get on that. Plus I need a job, I'm really bad at procrastinating about that.

I also have three Ninja Turtle fics, one comic, and two original stories in rough draft form I really have to finish up.

I don't have any resolutions at all. I'm just going to live life to the fullest, write fics, hang out with my BF, and have fun.

I got no resolution, never had.

Same here, only replace "got" with "have" in mine.

I'm one of those 'whatever happens, happens' type of guys.

Everytime I make a resolution, I end up not keeping it. -_-
