I bought the TMNT skateboard from Toys R US. Granted i haven't skated in over 3 years but when i saw the deck i just couldn't resist.

Is it a good skateboard or just a cheap one? I've never actually skateboarded, except messing around with one so I don't know what makes a good skateboard.

Yea..there are actually 2 boards out there from the new seires that i know of (cuz i have them both!)..one has all four turtles as the main image on it and the other has just Mikey...thats all ive seen so far...

My Set up cost £152

£35 for the wheels

£52 for both trucks

£65 for the deck

However, id get teh TMNT skateboard, just for the Sheer fact of it being TMNT

Jason, could you take the TMNT deck and put nicer trucks and wheels on it? Or is the deck not very nice. I'm not much of a skater, so I don't know how to tell.

I havnt got it myself, but I should think so.

I once bought a cheap £20 skateboard, and the trucks would fit anything and so would the wheels, the one problem you might have it actully getting teh trucks off... usally if its bought as a complete set up, they are really tough to get off.

I had to use hammers and all sorts (cuz i just wanted the trucks from it)
