View Full Version : What was your favourite part of School
I like science, gym class except being hit by dodgeballs and vollyballs and reading, art class is pretty cool
Quantum mechanics (mostly cuz I never took it :P), math and spelling...

like.

Art.
In recent years, I don't have had any classes, besides 3D modeling and Cinematography and Video Game making
I was talking about the past

No, I actually came up with factoring on my own to help me multiply big numbers back when I was in middle school. I was pretty sore when I got into algebra and found out that Albert Einstein beat me to it. I'll get even one of these days. :tgrumble: Until then, I remain odd. :embarass: Still, you asked for favorites, not 'subjects you were best at'. I found manipulating numbers and words highly enjoyable. However, math stopped being fun when I got to calculus. I still can't make heads or tails of that junk. :ohwell:

Art & English. I've always loved drawing/writing. Thankfully, these two things have stuck with me & even made me money!

Those are just assholes with their own problems, they feel better trying to mess with someone else just to try to be "cool". Losers.
Turo believe me the people that bully in school play with my mind and it has affected me in some way because I always see them in my dreams and nightmares. Infact there was this one kid who used to be my friend then one day he turned into a bully and I have never had any friends ever since except these guys on the forums

You either ignore them, mess them up with a few words, and if all else fails, KICK ASS! At least that's what I do.
I can't I try to ignore them but I always end up running into them and something bad happens. By the way have you ever been in a physical fight.

You're right I've always tryed to solve problems but that makes things worse Have you ever had a similar problem with people bullying you guys.

My favourite part of school was going home! :P I went to school with too many arrogant jocks and their bimbo girlfriends whose favourite past time was making everyone who didn't fit into their ideal friend description feel as though they were worse than crap.
I did enjoy english though.

Not being in it, I guess. Strange thing is, I've had some nice times at some of my past schools.

My favorite part was when I wasn't in school, and it was for the same reason as some others in this thread-- badly victimized by bullies.
I don't know how bad some of you had it, but my problem was daily for all 12 grade levels. I never knew why I was the one who was these punks problem, but it made me HATE school and HATE people. I grew up thinking that human beings were total trash, because you had punks left and right that just wouldn't get off of you. I was so afraid to go to school that on either Mondays or Fridays of before or after a long weekend I would fake a sick call to my dad and have him call in sick for me. I had a terrible name floating around the school that I had to be reminded of; in fact, the last straw is when one of my science teachers called me this nasty name. I reported this teacher, and every time that name was heard, the teacher got tough. What good did that do, they still kept it up. I went to the deans every two weeks reporting the same kids, and we all sat in the office, talked it over and ended it with a handshake. What good did all that talk do; these bullies never backed down, and there was no real punishment. I don't know what this one kid's problem was, but rumor had it that his father was a mean drunken son of a you-know-what.
These anti-bullying campagns they have now going on in government and the media; I wish they had these anti-bullying laws back when I was getting the business. I would of saved my school career and perhaps even my confidence in looking for a job where I am not overly selective and afriad to answer call backs. Although my parents and best friend try to convince me that in a job, they won't treat you badly like those jags in school, and that not all people are bad.

I'm sorry to hear about that.
My favorite part of school was lunch time, when Voltron and myself would have dance-offs, and this one black kid had the black turned up so high I couldn't even see straight anymore.
Good times, indeed.

Best part about high school was how easy it was to meet girls. I mean, I saw the same people five days a week... you gotta talk to everyone at least a few times. You meet pretty easily in college too, but they're mostly party-sluts lol.
Best part about college is the freedom. It's kind of a small thing, but I just like how easy going it is compared to the totalitarian attitudes of high school principles.

I liked school. Science and math and art and literature.....all so good. I was such a weird kid. I had an art phase and a goth phase then just shed all the lables to be me.
I feel sorry for all you guys who let the bullies run your life (and some seem to still be letting them). I mean, I definitely didn't fit the "popular kid" mold and I got teased a little in the beginning....but when they figured out that I didn't care a thing about what they thought they left me alone for more reactionary targets. Really the only "bully" I had was my brother. And he's just a runt, so whatever

English, spelling, and music were my favorites, though not when I had to learn the recorder. That sucked. But I liked singing.

Don't forget the wisdom of Shooter McGavin: bullies eat pieces of **** for breakfast. :D
