Ok, so I have a question for all of you expert custom guys/girls out there.

I just got a colored NECA Donatello. On his face under his beak there is a black line to outline / give his face detail. All of the figures have this line, however on mine the painter seemed to stray from the sculpted grove on his face (where the paint should be) and created an extra line.

Bascially there is black paint on his face that I want to remove.

Any suggestions?

Is there a way of removing just the black paint, or will it take the green from his face off with it?

Please help, your advice is greatly appreciated!

I would just get some acrylic and mix up the shade of green you need, and paint over it.

The head's cast in green, so if you use an acetone-based nail polish remover you should be able to get rid of the mark. Just be very careful, and don't use too much.

So the green plastic for the head is then painted over with green? If so then wont the acetone remove both the black paint and the green paint revealing the lighter green plastic underneath? I just want to be sure before I attempt this and end up with a Donny with a light green swipe across his face.
