Bishop and Baxter - 4Kid's Shredder and Krang?

So I was watching season 4 of the 4Kids series (which my wife thinks is oxymoronic, as she sees the series as not quite 4Kids) and noticed something about Baxter and Bishop's relationship: Villains who hate the Turtles who team up. One is nothing more than a disembodied brain who wants a new body. In basic terms, Baxter and Bishop are a little like Shredder and Krang...a little.

Ok, Cure, call my thread starting into question...I deserve it. :P

EDIT: Oh...and Baxter creates a mutagen that causes what seems to be cross species mutation.
