Well I was thinking about these characters today as they have a strong background element with my Original character. Then it got me to thinking that Playmates only made two of them and that one looked more like a toad. This made me sad when I remembered it. So I was thinking I'd actually try to do some costums of the four. What would be a good base if I wanted to keep them in line scale wise with the NECA turtles?

I would just use Ghengis as a base and go from there. Someone already did these though.

You think the Playmate Figures would be in scale with the NECA TMNT?

Check the Bucky O' Hare line. I don't know the scale but if I remember right the bad guys were toads.

While the bad guys from the Bucky O'Hare line were toads, those figures were pretty much in scale with the '88 TMNT. And none of the toads from that line would work for Genghis, Rasputin, Atilla, or Napoleon.

Not a bad idea, though.
