Shredder's helmet is on the latest image posted on the DW site for the TMNT section. It seperates the sewer from the city landscape. Just behind Casey jones.

And the Foot for sure too. They said something about two (human) brothers, one a NYPD cop and the other a Foot clan member in the preview. Mmm... :)
