welcome to the forum.

about resizing: if you have windows (a newer verision like XP) there is a photo editing program called ms photo edit or something close to that. you can resize it there...and it does a great job of not making it all strange and stuff.

If that does work...open it up in paint and when the box is around it...you can pull that box to make a smaller box...and when you click outside the box...it returns to normal color and stuff...

save it as a jpeg...host it and you're all set!
