was just watching identifying flying leonardo from season 4 and after aprils newscast he got one of his premonitions of an oncoming danger. This happened a lot, so what’s your opinion? was he psychic?

He did seem to have a sixth sense in some episodes. He definitely wasn't psychic though.

I wouldn't call Splinter psychic, I'd just say he's "in tune". It's not as though he had prophecies or nothin', he just "sensed" stuff, typically.
