I FINALLY found an unopened sewer playset...and I have to say I haven't seen too many boxes that are in nicer condition than this one. The side flaps were only opened once to ensure that everything inside was in fact untouched and never played with.

Pretty close...I paid $225, but honestly, I feel it was worth it. I haven't seen too many of these on eBay in the last several months. The ones that are on eBay are in beat up boxes, and the sellers are asking close to $400 (not that they'll get that much). But I've been wanting a MIB one for a while, so I took the plunge! At least it's in pretty nice shape.

Nice pickup. I remember I had one of these when I was a kid. Loved it. Now....open it!

Thanks man, congrats on your technodrome score. I would pay $450 for a MIB technodrome if the box is in nice shape. There is one on eBay right now starting at $550 with a BIN option of $650. I don't see that getting any bids. Hopefully he will come down to a more realistic price.

it's funny you'd say willing to pay $450 for a MIB technodrome, cause i paid $420 for mine and the box was in real great shape
I can't believe how great a condition it is in, Great find dude! I picked up the Pizza thrower a few months back for $55 off of the Bay. The box was in pretty good condition too. Watching the cheapskate now :D.

I had one of those mib sealed a while back. The box condition was at least a c9 but I couldn't find a buyer. Then it was stolen from storage :( its a great piece to own and the artwork is beautiful and one of my favorites, congrats on the new addition!!

Thanks, I also had the 2nd Turtle blimp mib and a bunch of other 80's toys. It took some time to get over but I lost about $4000 dollars worth of collectables. It was terrible.
This would look awesome graded! It would also boost the value and protect the massive box.

Thanks man, so sorry to hear about how that stuff was stolen from you. I can only imagine what you felt after that. I was thinking about getting it graded. The only thing that concerns me though is that the box technically isn't sealed because the flap was opened by the previous owner to ensure everything was good. The tape was carefully lifted and folded over inside the box. There are no rips or tears or anything, but I don't know if that would affect the grade if I were to get it graded.
