Questions about the tmnt 2 secret of the ooze comic book!

was there any difference in the story comparing it to the movie?
did keno appeared?if yes,how did he looked like? :eek:

Okay, I haven't seen TMNT 2 in years, but I do remember how Keno looked thanks to the photos at the official site. He looks pretty much the same in the comic adaptation. Not a major difference, except he was drawn kinda blocky sometimes. *shrugs*

oh yeah.. I have the comic adaptations of all the movies (being the movie geek that I am) The artwork was done by Jim Lawson, so of course it'll look a little blocky in places. :wink:

*comes back disgruntled* But for some strange reason... I can't find my comic! Can't remember if they had Vanilla Ice in the end of it or not. I do know the original script for TMNT2 is way different from the finished movie.. so I can't compare to see if those changes were made in the comic too. *sai*

THANKFULLY, there was none of that evil rapper in the comic book adaptation (at least in the mirage one.. wait.. lemme get out my archie one too)

dang, i can't find it(i'll post to this again when I find it tonight).. I'm pretty sure Keno was in it, but i KNOW that RAPPER wasn't. Also in the comic thery called it TCRI instead of TGRI .. but i forget what TCRI means... namek! Help? Horsieturtle?

I have the comic adaptation thingie to the third movie. I finally brought ALL my comix to school, AND I got a reprint of the first comic, and a really weird archie one...

I never saw the book to TSOTO, but i imagine it changed to sit better with audiences.

Yep, there was a rapper near the end of TMNT 2 comic book adaptation. Though he was never mentioned as Vanilla Ice.

*heee* Yes, I think I know why I was wigging out so bad the first time I read the end of the TMNT2 script. I somehow missed reading in dept on the description of this 'Jack the Rapper'... instead of Shredder taking the Cindi Lauper wanna-be hotage, he takes the rapper. So then later when Keno had saved Jack, and then starts hitting on 'Jack', I was like eewwww! He's gay?

Then I reread the thing, to find out it was a FEMALE rapper. :razz: I also start getting upset realizing they most likely had YA KID K lined up for that spot. :sad: Oh well...

Hey now, a female rapper would've been cool! But I think Keno hitting on Vanilla Ice would've been funny...the poor rapper. His career was doomed from the start.
