Only 4 months left in 2011, will Nick update NinjaTurtles.com?

"The Turtles have gone underground... Get ready for more TMNT action in 2011." the former online home of the TMNT says, but 2011 is all but gone. Do you think Nick will update the site in any way before the end of the year?

I don't think they will. They really ought to at the very least put up a picture of the new turtles there.

Maybe but with something about the new series like the promo picture we've all seen and nothing actually worth talking about. It'll probably be left like it is now until the Nick site launches and ninjaturtles.com eventually links to nick.com/tmnt or whatever which could be early-ish next year after the first official reveal which could be in the summer. I also don't see Nick airing 2k3 at all ever on any of their channels. Nick also promised re-runs of power rangers starting september of last year and we've still yet to get it, they are only interested in new stuff it seems.

I gather ninjaturtles.com will be taken down altogether soon.

They'll likely just have a TMNT section at Nick.com instead.

Yeah, if they haven't updated anything as of yet, I doubt they'll do it anytime soon. It just doesn't seem right though that they would tease us with this and not act on it. Oh, well, they'll probably have something at the official Nick site, though I'd love for ninjaturtles.com to keep going.

IDW gave us our TMNT action in 2011. I would say the prophecy has been fulfilled.

Taking down ninjaturtles.com would be quite a disgrace to the franchise (especially if there isn't a direct link to Nick's TMNT brand). Of course, we don't want it to be revealed too soon, but around Christmastime could be a good update.

Yeah, I don't have high hopes for anything happening to the site. I wouldn't mind if all the content was moved to the Nick site, but I don't see them doing that.

I don't see much happening with it either, but I admit that I still check it everyday. It's one of the first things I do when I get to the office.
