OK. Thanks to the fact that I've been much too busy to go to my comic store latley PLUS it was closed for 4 or 5 months while they were choosing a place to relocate to, I've been without the new TMNT comics for quite some time. Luckily today I FINALLY found some time to head down there. It's about 30 mins walking distance (I don't have a car) and I don't like using public transport for various reasons (one of which being the SARS epidemic as of late) , I had enough free time and money to make the trek to the mall. The last issue I got was #3, (YIKES!) #1 never lasted for 2 days before it was sold out and I still don't have it! So I skulked around and found issues #5-#8 and #9 was at the front with the rest of the top selling comics. That's 5 issues for a grand total of $27.32 cdn minus $10 for renewal on my membership card. The problem is I'm now missing #4. Before I get back into the TMNT world I need to know what happened in issue 4. Not complete details but all the important stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm wanting to read the comics so bad, but I refuse to until I've learned what happens in issue 4. Hopefully I can order the missing issues off the offical site later.

I believe that if you go to www.ninjaturtles.com in the comic section.Click on Mirage volume 4 and they should have all the info on issue 4.

Here is the preview of issue 4 from www.ninjaturtles.com
SPOILERS
Leonardo practices his swordsmanship while the rest of the world is enraptured by the TV coverage of the alien visitors. Meanwhile, Karai is making preparations for her nefarious plans that involve our green skinned heroes. Mike and Raph patrol the sewers and stumble upon a formidable robot...
END SPOILER
I happen to know that issue 4 like 1 and 2 is one of the rarer issues to find nowadays. Good luck on your search and I hoped I helped a little bit.

Yeah I read that, but it didn't seem to help much. It's like a sort of overview. 4 is actually hard to find? hmmmm. I wish I had more than one comic store around me.

Yeah 4 is hard to find nowadays. It seems that the new Turtle comics don't last too long on the shelves. I live near 5 comic stores and all of them tell me the some thing. There is a waiting list for 1-4 and 5-8 sells as soon as it comes. Also, all 5 comic stores around here are currently out of issue 9 but should get more in this week. If I do see an issue 4 on the shelves (now don't hold me to this) would you like me to pick it up for you? Also,if you want, there are store onlien that you can order 4 still I think. You can try that. Good luck.

Wow. You have got to be one of the nicest people I've EVER met on the internet. Thanks for the offer! I'm going to try and get them off the net, but if I'm unable to I'll be sure to let you know. Wow. That just completely blows my mind.

The comic store that I go to would get anything that is TMNT for me. It only takes a few days for them to get whatever I want to. I believe that they would find me a #4 in mint condition, if you want me to. It is up to you.
