The leader of the mobsters from Lone Raph and Cub and City At War, I noticed his voice sounds a lot like the Globfather from Mobster From Dimension X from the old toon. Does anyone know if those two were voiced by the same voice actor?

Are you talking about the tough guy or the guy with the goatee and weasel voice?

The big tough guy, not Weasel. It's the guy who said he makes people who give him trouble pay personally.

Not but he was also the voice of Zanramon and Dr. Malignus.

The Technodrome.com cast list doesn't include a listing for the Globfather, but I'd say chances are almost nil that they're the same voice actors. The actors for the first series are all a pay grade or several above the VA's 4Kids uses, and there's very little chance that someone like Tony Jay or Peter Reneday would accept doing non-union work for such a minor role. The VA for the Mob Boss, by the way, is Michael Alston Bailey.
