How do you feel about Laird only importing characters from the 4Kids cartoon in Mirage comics, but no characters from the Fred Wolf cartoon like Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady in the Mirage universe.

It's just his personal decision, and this question has been discussed countless times. Want Fred Wolf characters? Go read Archie. I also feel that Laird may have viewed the Mirage versions as "selling out" by including more familiar characters to OT audience; I feel this turned out to be a smart move making the 4kids show practical and not simply a remake of the OT.

It doesn't bother me if laird never wanted to put Fred Wolf character in Mirage, I want to know does it bother other turtles fans, That Laird only allowed the 4Kids cartoon character in the Mirage universe.

Its an entirely different series.
The Mirage comics barely have a rogues gallery anyway, its not the way the comics work.

A consistent rogues gallery. If you count the foes the TMNT fought over the years, they have a pretty nice size; the fact they dispatch them and the focus more on the everyday life of the Turtles is what makes the rogues gallery seem sparse.

The Mirage universe never had a proper rogues gallery.
Shredder, or even clone Shredder, were dispatched quickly. Karai became their ally almost immediately. Leatherhead also became their friend. Rat King was killed in his first appearance.
Baxter disappeared from #2 all the way till Volume 2 and then was mostly taken care of till Vol. 4. Savanti Romero and Complete Carnage count as rogues, as they reappeared a few times. The Triceratons were fought only a few times.
Volume 4 actually had no real proper villains either come to think of it. The Image series at least had Komodo and some random gangsters and Cheng.

There were those Myan warriors...or whatever. And the vampires. But the thing is there are more than just the recurring villains to consider.
