Another loose end the series never got around to tying up. I assume it would have been dealt with if Fast Forward never had happened, along with the Rat King and Necro Monster.

Since when was the Necro monster a loose end? It was just one of those things we're intended to expect to continue for centuries.

That guy that Bishop stood up at his wedding and then had turned into a monster? His name was Finn? I didn't know that.

Finn was the monster in Dragon's Brew. Also Redeemer the Rat King was in the last BTTS episode.

Popping up at April and Casey's wedding and smiling doesn't count as a valid appearance. The turtles shoved him into a pile of man-eating rats and he just smiles.

Maybe he smiled because he was planning to kill them all right after the happy moment.

I dont agree that was more of a Kameo I mean at the end of the initial fight he becomes the rat king and appears to want revenge on the turtles and then jst randomly show up at April and KC wedding????? Thats a loose end n my book. What the Hell happened to them?????U think they would still b fighting?????

Considering his followup story (if true to the comics) would have included cannibalism they probably thought better of it.:tgrin:

A loose adaption of Splinter's part of City At War might have been good but equal chance it would've been as mediocre as the turtles vs Foot part of their City At War adaption.

I never thought of it that way... I thought of it as another cheesy villain comeback that they do in a lot of TV shows.
