What is your favorite episode from Season 3?

I went with SAINW, but Exodus is pretty nice too.

Oddly enough, looking back at the multi-part Ultimate Draco arc, the Usagi/Leo episode(s) are probably my favorite and not SaiNW. Especially their infiltration of the Daimyo's palace

Same As It Never Was was easily my favorite individual episode from the series.

I liked The Real World eps as well as Exodus. SAINW was good, too.

I actually liked a lot of the episodes in this season, especially the arc with the turtles thrown into different realities. However, when I really narrow it down, I actually prefer "the Darkness Within" over the others.

Why? Well, I think the rather dark tone to it was really interesting. The idea of an ancient creature plus the "facing fears" issue. I did have to watch it twice the first time I saw it to really follow everything though but to me, I think that shows some complexity that I don't usually see.

The slightly open-ended close was a nice touch too

Exodus. I felt bad for Hun when he found out Shredder was an Utrom. You could see his heart breaking in two.

No, that had Leatherhead; the Rat King debuts in the fifth episode of Season 4, "I, Monster". But Exodus clearly could had been the finale for the whole series, and still looked upon a decent 2nd series despite lasting only 3 seasons with Shredder pretty much out of the picture here. Honorable mentions to Hun on the Run and Same as it Never Was.

Actually, the Rat King was in Bishop's Gambit only he wasn't called the Rat King then. He was known as The Slayer in that episode but he is the same guy who was the Rat King in I, Monster.

Anyway, my favorite from season 3 is Mission Of Gravity. I like how Baxter got that new robot body, and that he was finally getting something good. I like how they traveled all the way to China.

But, the Christmas episode rocks. I just wish Silver Sentry wasn't there, and that a few of the other lamer characters weren't there or at least didn't speak.

I thought the Christmas episode was sort of lame in the beginning, and I don't approve of Mikey's fourth-wall breaking at the end. Other than that, it was a pretty good ep.

But I don't think the Daimyo and Silver Sentry should have been there.

Easily The Darkness Within, which is one of my favorites of the entire series. Bishop's Gambit would be a close second. The Slayer turned Rat King is bad ass and watching it fight the turtles was neat.
