while i was making room for some new figures , i decided to set up my foot army , something i always wanted to get around to , so i will share the pics with the collectors here,

How long did it take to build this collection, how did you do it and how much did it cost? I'd always want to have an army of foot soldiers/triceratons, but it really seems challenging to build loose.

well ive been collecting for about 9 years now , this really didnt cost much ,i picked up most of the figures for about $1 to $2 . you dont have to look very close to see that they are not the greatest examples , im not too picky about condition, so i guess i just buy the leftovers that the mint collector just didnt want.i got weapons through ebay lots ,and i ask almost everyone i meet if they have any old action figures that they want to sell,you can build a fast and good collection by tossing someone $20 for a box of old toys ,oh and make a few $ too,i used to give any foot soldiers to an old friend, but now i just keep them . why not ? and yes usagi was my favorite as a kid and i seem to find him everywhere.i have had about a million sewer samurai leos ? was that the most heavily produced figure ? was the triceratron your favorite?also i am one of those tmnt fan/collectors that have quite a large collection of figures , advertising ,and merchandise , but i do not have a clue about the comics or art, so most of my money and efforts went to the toys,i was a fan of the toon and the movies , until the neca statues came out i never heard of the comic book, i remember thinking how stupid stupid it was that they all had raphs mask on ?

glad you like the pics, do you have you collection pics here? i posted mine a while back when i joined the forum under ninjor 9 collection i had to remove a lot of pics to add these ones i guess i reached my limit ? , this is a good site for seeing new collections and keeping up on tmnt stuff, if you have your pics up i will check it out, thanks

I have one of each type of Foot Solider released,but wow you have a true army of them. Something that would be nice to have especially for displays but why so many Usagis? Did he go through a cloning machine or are they an army of ninja rabbits?:tlol: Nice!

haha thats good love the posing. i had a thread a long while back about who had the biggest foot solider army.... i don't think anyone was even close to that number.

lol more the fact i wrote a post to a member who isn't even around anymore... least i assume that being low post count and joining 3 years ago... mine as well talk to myself... haha
