Today I was at Miejer getting some more of the new tmnt cards, and went to see if they had the box of 8 w/ the emerald card, like at toysrus, but they didnt. But I found a box w/ 6 packs of the old cards for $3.00, not a bad deal, so i got some. I was wondering, has anyone else has found any of the old cards?

he old cards? How old? Finding those has got to be pretty exciting, especially if it was just on a regular store shelf. I don't know anyplace that has any of the older tmnt stuff anymore.
And you won't find the card boxes with the emerald cards anywhere but Toys r Us. It's exclusive to them :)

I went to a random comic shop about a year ago or less, and I noticed an old TMNT vehicle of some sort still boxed sitting on the shelf above some graphic novels, marked $10. However, this was back when I had just started getting re-interested in TMNT after a while, and I was running a tad short on cash as I remember, so I neglected to buy it. I forget exactly what it was--may have been a Cheapskate, a Sewer Tube, or anything of that sort--one of the smaller vehicles. But man, am I kicking myself now. I don't tend to eBay, so that would have been a good score. Oh well, it looked like it had been sitting there for years--that $10 price tag may have even been the original price tag! It could still be there for all I know--I should check. But with the resurgence in TMNT popularity, it wouldn't surprise me if it was long gone. :tsad:

I have bunches of the old cards from when I was younger, but they're not in the greatest condition. :tsweatdr: 'Tis very cool that you were able to find some around now.

Maybe alot of stores put them in storage when the TMNT popularity died down and dug 'em out when they realized the TMNT are back. :D

My mom surprised me with a couple packs at Christmas. She said she just saw them in some store. I remember them from along time ago but I didn't have any. Now they are all neatly packed away so they won't be damaged.
