So according to this thread (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/showthread.php?t=32119), the 2003 show inspired a magazine in Russia that came with the "Way of the Ninja Trading Cards," but it also contained some original comics. Does anyone have scans of these; preferably with translations?

Well we have a resident Russian, which of course doesn't mean he has to do anything. Just wanted to throw it out there :D

Is there any indication of what date each of them were released? The first seems to be from around the time of Turtles Forever judging by the design they use for Karai, but since they aren't in numerical order on that site, I wonder if it is, in fact, the first issue.

"The Battle Four" magazine launched in Summer 2010 with issues still releasing. There are 47 issues now, but I think the magazine will be canceled soon because the print run has dropped from 500,000 (#1) to 42,000 (#46), and the number of comic pages has been cut from 4 per issue to only 2 pages as of issue 45.
British company GE Fabbry Ltd. publish the magazine. I found some info on the web that the first 6 issues were published as "Way of the Ninja" in Great Britain back in 2004, but it wasn't successful.
Unsurprisingly, it's British artists who draw the comics. I found a few of them - Richard Elson (#1-4), Abigail Raider and William Potter (#5), but there's no credits listed at all, so I can't say who it is drawing the comics today. Also, the comics in early issues had to be approved by Mirage Studios and were more or less interesting, but the stories now are just left to the artist's imagination and the result is frequently goofy!
Anyway, it's a pretty nice magazine - but it's aimed at children around 6-10 years old.

Some of the stats on the cards are questionable, though (Casey is stronger than Leatherhead, which seems unlikely), and if the demo on the British site is any indication, the game itself is pretty dull--little strategy because you don't know what card your opponent will draw. I could make up a much better game to play with them; almost off the top of my head.
How long are the comics, incidentally?

There is a new game with rules for the cards in each magazine issue -- most of them pretty simple, but anyway.
Each comics is a 2-pages story. Also, here was 2 Specials, with 6-pages story in one of them.
