He's not the only credited artist. Much like every other TMNT book these days he prolly merely did the layouts.

Not me! :D
I'll pick this up, definitely. Gotta get my TMNT fix.
And IDW are re-releasing the Heroes in a Half-Shell TPB?

*looks at the cover* I see London....
Wow! April's gonna be a busy month TMNT wise! A short in Hero Comics 2012, TMNT Adventures TPB, Leo Micro, IDW TMNT 9, Infestation 2 (Raph's on the cover of issue 2 with Snake Eyes and Bumblebee!! :o )

And IDW are re-releasing the Heroes in a Half-Shell TPB?
Yes, though not as what I consider a TPB. It appears to be the same style of release as their recent GI Joe 100 Page Spectacular, which makes it more of a thick comic book than a bound paperback. I'm just hoping it's on higher quality paper than the original miniseries.

Infestation 2 (Raph's on the cover of issue 2 with Snake Eyes and Bumblebee!! :o )
It is interesting that Raphael and Snake Eyes are the sole representatives of their franchises on each of the Infestation 2 covers.
EDIT: Oops, I totally forgot about that other cover featuring Donatello with Snake Eyes.

A few things:
This is due out April 25th.
Kevin just started his work on this a couple of days ago. It's a standalone story and is probably gonig to be canon with the IDW series.
There will be a variant cover (by Joe Jusko), so we don't have to feel like weirdos buying Red Riding Hood porno mags at checkout lol.

I honestly hope it isn't. =\
I'd hate when canon parts of series take place in an entirely different series, so you have to buy a completely different book that I would have never touched otherwise, and would never pick up again, just to get the entire story. It's always been a pet peave of mine.

Yet you collect Turtle comics? :twink:;)

From my understanding (Kevin is just sorta doing his own thing, I haven't seen a formal script) it's just going to be short little adventure, not tying to anything directly in the ongoing. For all intents and purposes it could be 'any universe' type story, sort of like some of the Mirage short stories.

IDW's my first TMNT comic to actually collect since Archie. I don't however, collect "Heroes Comics" =p
